At Summit, Sea & Serenity, we're passionate about wellness, health and adventure.
Our Well-being Retreat will include twice daily yoga practice, as well as mindfulness, meditation and breathwork. We will find beautiful locations to meditate in nature, helping us to find a deeper connection with ourselves, and the incredible natural world that surrounds us. Beautiful hikes, stunning cross country bike trails and wild swimming will be on offer, giving you the opportunity to push your limits if you wish to. This part of Sardinia still feels wild and a little undiscovered. With quiet beaches a 10 minute stroll away, small bars close by, and a short bike ride into the mountains, it is yours to explore.
Our yoga instructor, Tracy, will take the time to get to know each guest, and design her yoga classes to suit everyone. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, this will be a journey for the mind, body and soul.
We understand that you may not wish to take part in all of the activities, and that this is your retreat. We will support you with however you wish to spend your time.
Two catered meals will be provided at the accommodation, and we can walk into Lotzorai to enjoy the local restaurants.
We hope you will leave us feeling relaxed, recharged and ready to face the world with new energy, with new friendships and a sense of achievement.
Arrival to The Lemon House. You will be greeted with a glass of Prosecco and be shown your room. Dinner will be a buffet of local foods and a chance to meet your hosts and connect with your fellow retreaters!
After a relaxed breakfast and some time to take coffee, those who wish to will head to the start of our hike. An incredible journey along the first day of the famous 'Selvaggio Blu'. This will be followed by yoga on the beach and a dip in the crystal clear ocean.
We can hire bikes and cycle around some of the beautiful trails. Lunch will be served at a local farmstead, with homemade foods and nothing but the tranquility of nature around us.
Yoga practice will be on the rooftop of the Lemon House.
A beautiful Sea Kayak awaits along this remarkable coastline. We will find a quite space to meditate and reflect, a moment to connect with nature, and our wilder inner selves. With a picnic style lunch on the beach, this will be a day to remember.
After our morning breakfast and a short yoga session it is time to leave for our flights home. We are sure you will leave with a sense of achievement, serenity, and new friends.
Each day will be carefully planned so that you have some time to relax, as well as take part in our yoga practice and other activities. Our own lovely Sarah will be on hand to offer guided mindfulness sessions, and for those who would like it, one to one coaching.
With lots of hiking routes very close by, there is something to suit every level. The first day of the Selvaggio Blu includes an 850m ascent and some technical terrain, which leads to an incredible clifftop view. Alternatively there are plenty of stunning walking trails around the beaches. The same can be offered for the biking, we can take beautiful routes to mountain summits, or relax and ride to local resturants and beauty spots.
Sea kayaking around the coast is truly a memorable experience, and a chance to discover the island from a completely different perspective.
Shannon, from Living in Touch Yoga, will be joining us to host our yoga, meditation and breathwork. Sarah, our life & business coach, will be on hand to offer one to one coaching and mindfulness sessions.
The combination of yoga, wellness, adventure, and friendship will make this an incredible trip.
